Yanning Luo leads technology and engineering at Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW) as Senior Vice President, leveraging extensive experience from BP and Northwest Innovation Works (NWIW).
At BP, Yanning served as Engineering Director at CECC and Project Engineering Team Leader at BP Zhuhai PTA Plant. She played a key role in the development of a $2.5 billion gas-to-methanol facility at NWIW, leading technology selection, negotiating license agreements, and overseeing FEED execution and EPC contract negotiations. Yanning also contributed to large-scale ammonia, urea, and methanol projects at Hualu Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd., where she gained expertise in technology development, engineering design, and project management.
Yanning holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University and is a registered senior process engineer.
