Vivian Li leads Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) strategy at Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW), where she focuses on EPC contractor selection, execution planning, and capability assessment for the Ascension Clean Energy (ACE) project. She brings significant experience from GTC Technology and Wison Engineering.
At GTC Technology, Vivian established the company’s European office and EPCM business unit, overseeing successful project deliveries in international markets. At Wison Engineering, she led U.S. operations, delivering EPC lump-sum projects on the Gulf Coast using modular design and fabrication approaches. Vivian has also negotiated complex EPC contracts and optimized project execution strategies, contributing to the financial and operational success of mega projects in the energy and petrochemical industries.
Vivian holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Changzhou University.
