Sertaç Yener oversees global offtake and equity partnerships, representing Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW) across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He brings extensive experience from Enron, Engie, AES, and major financial institutions such as ANZ, Natixis, and SMBC.

Throughout his career, Sertaç has successfully developed, financed, and managed large-scale energy projects, advising governments, corporates, and investors at the board and executive levels. His expertise spans the entire energy value chain, including renewables, natural gas, and infrastructure development, where he has driven transformative projects and structured complex transactions.

Sertaç holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and business from the University of Chicago, Imperial College, and the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
