Manuel Junco brings over 40 years of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) leadership, guiding EPC execution and ensuring the early identification and resolution of project challenges for the successful delivery of the Ascension Clean Energy (ACE) project. He has held senior roles at Fluor, Bechtel, Jacobs, and McKinsey, where he led major industrial projects and played a key role in transforming global EPC businesses.
At Jacobs, Manuel managed the Energy & Chemicals Business Unit for the Americas and led the division’s transformation in partnership with McKinsey. He was instrumental in the due diligence and acquisition of CH2M and the subsequent sale of Jacobs’ Energy & Chemicals Division to Worley. At Bechtel, Manuel oversaw downstream mega projects globally, and at Fluor, he directed the downstream business unit, transforming it into one of Fluor’s most profitable divisions.
