Luis Sierra provides strategic guidance at Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW), drawing on over 30 years of business leadership experience from NOVA Chemicals and BP.
As President & CEO of NOVA Chemicals, a $10 billion ethane-based chemicals leader, Luis directed significant growth and innovation initiatives, solidifying the company’s position in North America. At BP, Luis held executive roles in mergers and acquisitions, commodities trading, and corporate strategy, where he successfully managed transformative projects to expand BP’s global portfolio. He was also named one of the ICIS Top 40 CEO Global Power Players in 2022 for his contributions to the industry.
Luis holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
