Hsien Xiong Wong (Xiong) leads strategic planning at Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW), focusing on the development of commercial strategies, financial modeling, and partnership-building for the company’s clean energy projects. He brings extensive experience in project development, with previous roles at Northwest Innovation Works (NWIW) and ACME Solar.

At NWIW, Xiong played a key role in advancing the $2.5 billion Kalama methanol project. Prior to NWIW, he was Vice President at ACME Solar in India, where he was instrumental in securing financing for large-scale solar PV projects. His broad expertise in financial strategy and project management has been crucial in supporting CHW's growth.

Xiong graduated at the top of his class with a B.Eng. (Mechanical) and an M.Sc. (Real Estate) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
