Fang Liu leads business development for Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW), focusing on technology and engineering partnerships for the company's clean energy projects. She brings over 30 years of experience from Air Liquide, Aker Solutions, and Lurgi, where she led key business development, technology licensing, and investment projects.

At Air Liquide, Fang served as Vice President of Licensing in China, driving key technology partnerships. She was also the CEO of Beijing Lurgi, where she oversaw large-scale technology and engineering projects. At Aker Solutions, Fang expanded business opportunities in the energy sector, focusing on developing and managing major energy projects.

Fang holds an MBA from Luton University, UK.
