Andy Pan advises EPC execution strategy for Clean Hydrogen Works' (CHW) Ascension Clean Energy (ACE) project, drawing on over 45 years of experience from Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, Celanese Chemical, and Wison Engineering.
Andy oversaw large-scale projects in energy, chemicals, and infrastructure, including critical megaprojects across the U.S. Gulf Coast. At Wison Engineering, he was instrumental in the successful execution of complex EPC contracts, specializing in modularization and innovative project delivery. His work at Raytheon and Celanese included senior roles managing petrochemical facilities and optimizing operational efficiency for large-scale global projects.
Andy holds an M.S. from Purdue University and a B.S. from National Taiwan University.
