Sertac Yener has 30 years of experience across the energy value chain, specializing in project development, financing, and corporate partnerships. As Vice President of Global Partnerships at Clean Hydrogen Works, Sertac oversees offtake and equity partnerships, representing the company across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Previously, Sertac held executive roles at leading financial institutions and energy corporations, including ANZ, Natixis, ADIB, and SMBC banks, as well as Enron, Engie, and AES. His work has encompassed project development, financial structuring, and high-level advisory roles, where he has facilitated major energy projects and secured funding in diverse markets. Sertac’s expertise extends to advising governments and corporate boards on strategic energy investments.
Sertac holds degrees in engineering and business from the University of Chicago, Imperial College, the Norwegian Institute of Technology, and Middle East Technical University. He is fluent in multiple languages, including Russian and several Turkic languages.
