Senior Vice President and Venture Executive
Rob Tully brings 40 years of expertise in manufacturing, technology, and strategic project leadership in the petrochemical industry. As Senior Vice President and Venture Executive for Ascension Clean Energy (ACE) at Clean Hydrogen Works, he leads the development of the ACE project, a pioneering clean ammonia facility, with a focus on driving final investment decisions and fostering key strategic partnerships.

Previously, Rob served as Venture President for Gulf Coast Growth Ventures (GCGV), an $8 billion joint venture between ExxonMobil and SABIC, where he oversaw venture management, commercial agreements, and operational readiness, culminating in the project’s successful execution. His extensive career with ExxonMobil includes leadership roles as Europe Regional Manufacturing Manager, Site Manager for both the Baytown and Beaumont Chemical Plants, and Board Member for SABIC-ExxonMobil joint ventures. Rob also spearheaded several major initiatives, including strategic planning, engineering management, and community engagement.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, where he earned multiple academic honors. He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex ventures and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.Back to the team
