Mitch Silver oversees shipping and logistics operations at Clean Hydrogen Works (CHW) as Senior Vice President and COO.

As a founding partner of Distribution Consulting Services (DCS), a former joint venture with Clarksons — the world’s largest marine consultancy and ship brokerage firm — Mitch played a pivotal role in establishing DCS as a leader in strategic maritime logistics for multinational chemical and liquefied gas transport companies. During his tenure, Mitch was instrumental in designing and constructing ammonia gas carriers and developing logistics strategies that optimized operations for large-scale energy projects. Under his leadership, DCS successfully transitioned from a Clarksons JV to an independent entity, continuing to serve global clients with innovative solutions.

Mitch holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from City College of New York. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (#75305).
