Mingyu Tang has over 18 years of experience in engineering, development, financing, and M&A within the renewable energy sector. As Senior Advisor for Strategic Partnerships at Clean Hydrogen Works, Mingyu focuses on originating offtake agreements and supporting equity and project financing activities.
Prior to joining CHW, Mingyu held key roles in the renewable energy industry, where he led the development and M&A transactions of over 2GW of projects across the U.S., establishing a proven track record in large-scale project execution. He also served as Vice President of Commercial at Northwest Innovation Works (NWIW-K), where he supported project commercialization efforts, contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
Mingyu holds an M.S. from the University at Albany and a B.S. from Peking University.
