Mark Silver is a Co-Founder and Principal of Bold Partners, leading acquisitions of over 100 properties valued at more than $500 million. Recently, Mark founded Sunday, a private debt platform seeded with $250 million, focusing on bridge financing for commercial real estate.
Previously, Mark was a Director at Blackstone, where he contributed to raising over $220 billion for private equity, hedge, and real estate funds, managing client relationships and overseeing key projects. Before Blackstone, he held roles at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan Group and HSBC, specializing in private placements, convertible securities, and raising equity pools for management teams.
