Manuel Junco has over 43 years of experience in executive management, operations, and project execution within the oil, gas, and chemical industries. As a Senior Advisor at Clean Hydrogen Works, Manuel is dedicated to ensuring excellence in project execution and proactively identifying solutions to potential challenges to successfully deliver the CHW's ACE project.
Throughout his career, Manuel has held senior leadership roles at major EPC firms, including Fluor, Bechtel, and Jacobs. At Jacobs, he managed the Energy & Chemicals Business Unit in the Americas, overseeing large-scale mega projects and leading the division’s transformation initiatives. Manuel played a critical role in the acquisition of CH2M and the subsequent sale of Jacobs' Energy & Chemicals division to Worley, a transaction that reshaped the company’s strategic direction. His tenure at Bechtel included responsibility for downstream mega projects worldwide, while at Fluor, he led the downstream business unit, making it the company’s most profitable division.
Manuel holds extensive expertise in managing complex, high-stakes projects and has consulted for McKinsey on transformation initiatives for EPC firms.
