Dwayne brings over 16 years of experience in operations, supervision, and training at Shell Oil Refinery. As the Community Relations Manager for Clean Hydrogen Works, he is responsible for overseeing all community activities, communications, and event planning. Before joining Clean Hydrogen Works, Dwayne served as the Deputy Chief of Probation, managing office operations for the East Baton Rouge Parish Probation Division.

Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal and Social Justice from Grambling State University and a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Southern University. He is actively involved in the Louisiana Shriners, serving as the head of Ma'Mun Temple #249, and is also the head of Widow Son Lodge No. 10 within the Prince Hall Masonic Organization.
