Dale Reppond brings over 40 years of experience in ammonia plant operations, reliability, and project execution. As Plant Director for Ascension Clean Energy (ACE) at Clean Hydrogen Works, he oversees the operational readiness and performance of the ACE facility, a state-of-the-art clean ammonia production project, ensuring it meets world-class safety and operational standards.

Dale previously served as Plant Director at OCI/Woodside’s clean ammonia plant in Beaumont, Texas, where he led commissioning and startup strategies. His leadership spans major ammonia companies, including LSB Industries, Mosaic, CF Industries, and Koch, where he managed multi-billion-dollar projects such as a $1.2 billion greenfield ammonia facility and an $800 million plant relocation. Renowned for his expertise in operational excellence and reliability, Dale has implemented innovative risk mitigation and process improvement strategies throughout his career.

Dale holds certifications in advanced operational and reliability management and has completed extensive leadership training. He is recognized for his dedication to advancing sustainability and reliability in the global ammonia industry.Back to the team
