Dale Reppond oversees the commissioning, operational readiness, and long-term performance of Clean Hydrogen Works' (CHW) Ascension Clean Energy (ACE) project, bringing over 40 years of experience in ammonia plant operations and large-scale industrial project management.
Prior to CHW, Dale served as Plant Director at OCI/Woodside, where he led operational readiness and developed strategic startup plans for a 3,000-ton-per-day blue ammonia facility in Beaumont, TX. As Facility Manager at Mosaic, he played a key role in the company’s $1.2 billion FEED study for a greenfield ammonia plant, defining operational strategies and reliability standards. At LSB Industries, Dale managed the $800 million relocation of an ammonia facility, overseeing all design, commissioning, and operational aspects as Ammonia Plant Manager then promoted to General Manager.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Terra/CF Industries and Koch, further solidifying his expertise in ammonia plant design, commissioning, and operational excellence.
