Clay Riding has over 40 years of experience in the energy industry in project development, utility management, and resource acquisition. As Vice President of Energy Resources at Clean Hydrogen Works, Clay oversees the procurement of natural gas supply, pipeline capacity, and power supply.
Before joining CHW, Clay held the role of Vice President of Energy Resources at Northwest Innovation Works (NWIW-K), where he led energy procurement efforts for large-scale methanol projects. His career also includes senior positions at Puget Sound Energy, Power Resource Managers, and The Williams Companies, where he managed resource acquisition and established operational efficiencies within large energy projects.
Clay holds a B.S. from the University of Utah, bringing both academic grounding and extensive industry experience to his role in energy resource management at CHW.
